All our flats (sizes from 50m² to 180m² in typical Viennese buildings) are located close to public transport for a quick access to the city centre and offer free WLAN and cable-TV as well as bed linen, towels et cetera.

Within walking distance you will find grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and everything you need for a living in your home away from home.

Years of experience in accommodating individual travellers as well as managing accomodations taught us how important it is to meet the unique expectations of our guests.

Not only do we offer flats for singles, couples, smaller groups and families but also even up to six flats wihthin the same building for bigger groups!
Even TV-productions and commercials are possible and have been realised in our apartments.

Of course you can also use our flats to offer workshops, tutorials or seminars!
