1200 BRIGITTENAU:

The "Wallensteinviertel" is a part of Vienna's 20th district Brigittenau. Austrians call those neighbourhoods within a district a "Grätzl".
The "Wallensteinplatz" (named after an ancient aristocratic politician) builts the center. This part of twon has its own, individual atmosphere, built by multicultural shops, cafés, restaurants and even a nice farmer's market.

Within a couple of walking-minutes you will find plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, Bars as well as perfect public transport connections (underground- lines U4 & U6, tramways no. 5, 31 and 33).

1080 WÄHRING:

Währing is a lovely residential area with very good infrastructure, local parks (i.e. "Währinger Park", "Türkenschanzpark")
and very well connected to the city centre via the underground line U6 or Bus 40A.

A nice place to be!
